Most renovations don't go wrong because someone laid the floor badly. They go wrong because nobody was managing the programme. Here's how we make sure ours doesn't.
A no-obligation phone call or email exchange to understand your home, your timeline, your budget, and what you're trying to achieve. We listen first.
Jordan visits in person. We measure, photograph, talk through what's possible, and flag anything we'd want to investigate further before quoting.
A clear, itemised quote with scope, materials, programme, payment stages and assumptions. No fixed-price-with-asterisks games.
Contract, design sign-off, material orders, site set-up, neighbour communications, party-wall co-ordination if needed. We get the boring stuff right before we start swinging hammers.
Protected site, dust extraction, daily clean-down. Steels in, alterations made, weathertight where applicable.
Electrics, plumbing, heating, drainage all in. Run to BS 7671 by our qualified electricians. Inspected and certified.
Cabinetry, stone, tiling, flooring, decoration, brassware. The bit you actually see — and the bit clients tend to under-budget time for. We don't.
Full walk-through, snag-free finish, certificates, written workmanship guarantee, and a handover pack with everything you'll ever need to maintain the work.
Throughout the build, Jordan is your single point of contact. You'll get a written update at the end of each week showing what's been done, what's coming up, and whether anything has shifted on programme or budget. Variations are quoted and signed off in writing before any extra work starts. The site is left tidy at the end of every day. That's the bar.
No pressure, no obligation. Just a chance to see if we're the right fit for your project.
