Project management is the difference.

A full-house renovation is the largest disruption you'll ever invite into your life. Done well, it ends in a home you'll love for twenty years. Done badly, it ends in courtrooms and snag lists.

We take on a small number of full-property renovations each year — deliberately — so we can give each one the bandwidth it needs. Jordan personally project-manages every full-house job, applying the programme discipline he learnt running fit-outs at Morgan Lovell. One contact, one timeline, weekly written updates.

Note: we renovate existing properties — we don't build new homes from scratch.

Scope

What's included.

Strip-out & structural

Back-to-brick or selective. Structural alterations, steels, RSJs, party-wall co-ordination, Building Control.

First fix

Full rewire, replumb, central heating, drainage. New consumer units, smart wiring, underfloor heating.

Second fix & finishes

Kitchen, bathrooms, joinery, flooring, decoration. Bespoke and off-the-shelf, sourced and co-ordinated.

Project management

Programme, budget, change control, weekly updates, certificates, handover pack. Run like commercial construction.
